Aaron Clagg, President and Director of Consulting Operations

An award winning trainer and nineteen year  resident of Hardin County, Kentucky. Aaron’s experience includes over 13 years of training development and performance improvement consulting in a large multi-national corporation. His education includes a master of education degree focused on occupational education and training development.  He is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Neff Jenkins, Vice President and Director of Training Development

A life-long resident of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Neff’s experience includes 20 years of family business management and over 13 years of corporate training management.  As a corporate training manager he is known for his innovative and effective training products. He also understands the challenges faced by small family owned businesses. He is experienced in both teaching and training and is a member of the American Society for Training Development.
